Celebrate Chicago Torture Justice Center’s anniversary at a Freedom Film Fest!

Join us as we honor of the 11th anniversary of the passing of Chicago's historic Reparations Ordinance and the 9th anniversary of the Chicago Torture Justice Center! We'll gather at CTJC on May 9 for a screening of two short documentaries that offer unique looks at our work: Respair Media's One Million Experiments and The Next Act Is Freedom, which went behind the scenes at the first-ever Resilience Arts Festival in 2025.

Stay after the screening for a Q&A with perspectives from filmmakers, Respair Media, Resilience Fest performers, and CTJC! The screening is free to attend and no RSVP is required.
